Terms of sale

The Workflow Systems Business Blueprint is educational material from TaulP LLC DBA HTP3 Systems. It is sold for one independently owned business and is not a franchise, agency relationship, partnership, trademark license, or lead source.

What you buy

A Self-Serve purchase is the fixed 1.0.0 edition of the Blueprint, delivered as a private digital download exactly as released. The purchase includes no future editions, content updates, coaching, calls, or individual review or support of any kind. Future editions are separate products sold separately. Support is limited to resolving payment, delivery, or corrupt-file problems; contact [email protected].

Delivery

After payment is confirmed, a private download link is emailed to the address used at checkout. The link is valid for seven days and may be reused during that period. If the link expires before the download completes, HTP3 Systems will reissue access to the same purchased version on request.

License

Each purchase grants one non-exclusive, non-transferable license to one legal entity or one individual sole proprietor. The Blueprint is for that licensee's internal business use only. The licensee may adapt client-facing templates for its own customer work, but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share access to, or use the Blueprint to create a competing educational or training product.

Accelerator

The Four-Week Accelerator is application-only. Scope and pricing are set individually with each accepted applicant after review. HTP3 Systems may decline applicants when the fit, schedule, technical readiness, or scope is not right. Accelerator calls are held remotely over four weeks at times agreed after acceptance.

Refund posture

Purchases are not refundable after any Blueprint materials have been delivered or product access has been granted. Any cancellation request made before delivery is considered case by case by HTP3 Systems. If a payment is refunded or disputed, download access is revoked.
