HTP3 Systems collects the information submitted through the application or waitlist form so it can review fit, respond by email, and manage the founding cohort.

Information collected

• Name, email, selected track, weekly availability, and application answers.
• Payment, order, and fulfillment metadata if checkout is enabled later.
• Technical request metadata needed for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

Use

Information is used to operate the product, respond to applicants, fulfill purchases, protect the site, and maintain business records. HTP3 Systems does not need sensitive client data in an application.
